1 1/2 pound hamburger
1/4 onion, minced
1 egg
1/2 pound shredded mozzarella
3 slices bread, diced
1/2 c. lowfat milk
1 tbsp. minced parsley
Salt & pepper
1 1/2-2 quart. tomato sauce
Grated Parmesan cheese
Jumbo shells, parboiled

Break up hamburger into small pcs and saute/fry with onion in a skillet on medium-high heat, till browned.

Remove from heat.

Add in egg, mozzarella cheese, bread, lowfat milk, parsley, salt and pepper.

Cover bottom of pan with tomato sauce (3 x 9 inch).

Fill parboiled shells with filling and layer in pan.
