Mawthook's Peanut Butter Maple Cookies

   Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

   Combine flour, salt and baking soda in a small bowl.

   Combine butter, peanut butter, sugars, extract and eggs in a large bowl and mix until well blended.

   Add dry ingredients and mix well.

   Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.

   Remove from oven to cooling rack for about 10 minutes before removing from baking sheet.

   Cool completely on cooling racks.

   Cookie dough may be frozen and thawed as needed.
