3 c. soft bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. bottled hot pepper sauce
1 tsp. MSG
1/2 tsp. leaf oregano
1/4 c. finely chopped parsley
3 lb. ground beef

Blend molasses and mustard in large bowl. Stir in vinegar, ketchup, milk, eggs, onion soup mix and bread crumbs. Stir to mash crumbs. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Pack into greased loaf pan (9 x 5 x 3-inches). Bake at 350u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours. Slice to serve.
