1. Mix the brown sugar, flour, and unsalted butter. Crush together with a pastry blender until the butter is crumbled with the rest of the ingredients of the streusel.

Pour the batter into a 9x5 loaf bread pan. Sprinkle streusel over the batter.

Bake for 20-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
