Ingredients: 3 lb golden potatoes (peeled, chopped and boiled); 1 tsp granulated garlic or garlic powder; 1/2 tsp pepper; 1 vegetable oil; 2 eggs scrambled mixed with 3/4 cup water; 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese; 1/2 tsp oregano; 3/4 cup frozen corn boiled; 1/2 red bell pepper diced; 1 1/2 cup flour; 2 tbsp half n half or heavy cream or milk; 1/4 tsp Cayenne (omit to not give a spicy kick); 1 tbsp parsley chopped; 1 tbsp salt (or to taste); 2 large boiled chicken breast chopped; 2 cup panko bread crumbs; 1/2 squeezed lemon

1/2 tsp pepper
1 vegetable oil
2 eggs scrambled mixed with 3/4 cup water
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp oregano
3/4 cup frozen corn boiled

1 1/2 cup flour
2 tbsp half n half or heavy cream or milk
1/4 tsp Cayenne (omit to not give a spicy kick)
1 tbsp parsley chopped
1 tbsp salt (or to taste)
2 large boiled chicken breast chopped
2 cup panko bread crumbs
1/2 squeezed lemon

Boil your chicken for 20 min.

When able to handle, chop into small pieces.

Boil your potatoes with the diced red bell pepper in the same pot, and mash them, to make mashed potatoes.
