1 whole Red Onion, Halved And Sliced Thin
3 cloves Garlic, Minced
1/4 cups Red Wine
1 whole Red Bell Pepper, Sliced
1 whole Green Bell Pepper, Sliced
1/4 teaspoons Fennel
4-⅔ cups Water
1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
1 cup Cornmeal
1/2 cups Mascarpone Cheese
2 Tablespoons Parmesan, Freshly Grated

In a skillet or saute pan, cook the sausage over medium heat until crispy and browned on all sides.
