1/2 onion, minced

3/4 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. chicken broth
2 c. half and half
3 tbsp. sherry

1/8 teaspoon pepper

Heat butter in a medium saucepan.

Add in onion and garlic and saute/fry till tender, about 3 min.

Add in mushrooms and saute/fry 5 min, stirring occasionally.
