2 medium shallots, thinly sliced
salt and pepper
1 lb sirloin tip roast, cut into 1 inch cubes
12 lb fresh mushrooms, sliced
⅓ cup marsala wine
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce (optional)
1 cup sour cream
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (12 ounce) package wide egg noodles
