Ingredients: CHICKEN; 1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch-long fingers; 2 tablespoons olive oil; 1 -2 garlic clove, minced; 1 teaspoon dried oregano; 3/4 teaspoon ground cumin; salt & freshly ground black pepper, to taste; YOGURT-DILL SAUCE; 1 cup Greek yogurt or 1 cup plain yogurt; 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced (or chopped); 1 -2 garlic clove, minced; 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh dill, minced; 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice; salt & freshly ground black pepper, to taste; 4 flat bread or 4 pita wraps, warmed; 1 cup shredded lettuce; 1 cup chopped tomato; 1/2 cup cucumber, thin sliced

2 tablespoons olive oil

YOGURT-DILL SAUCE
1 cup Greek yogurt or 1 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced (or chopped)
1 -2 garlic clove, minced
1 1/2 tablespoons fresh dill, minced
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
salt & freshly ground black pepper, to taste
4 flat bread or 4 pita wraps, warmed
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 cup chopped tomato
1/2 cup cucumber, thin sliced

In a large resealable Ziploc bag, place the chicken, oil, minced garlic, oregano, cumin and salt and pepper to taste; massage to coat. Squeeze out excessive air and refrigerate for 1 hour.

In a small bowl, stir together the Yogurt-Dill Sauce ingredients. Chill until ready to use.

Preheat the broiler. Spread the chicken on a baking sheet. Broil 6 inches from heat about 8 minutes or until cooked through. ?.

To serve, spread each pita with some of the Yogurt-Dill Sauce. Divide the chicken, lettuce, tomato, and cucumber evenly among the pitas. If desired, top with additional sauce.
