Margaritas

   Simple syrup

   Boil 1 cup water and 1 cup sugar together for 5 minutes to a syrup. Only stir until sugar is dissolved. Chill and store in a jar.

   Limeade Mix

   Mix 2 T syrup with 1 cup lime juice (about 5 limes)

   Margarita (per person)

   1/3 cup limeade

   1 1/2 oz Tequilla

   1/2 oz Triple Sec

   1 ice cube

    Shake in shaker to icy cold (too cold to hold in your hands any longer). Pour into salt rimmed glasses with 2 ice cubes per person. Garnish with lime slices.

    (The ice cubes add the water to the limeade mix.)
