Maple Glazed Canadian Bacon

   Melt 1 tablespoon butter in 12-inch skillet until sizzling; add half of bacon slices.

   Cook over medium heat, turning once, until light golden brown (3 to 4 minutes).

   Drizzle 1 tablespoon maple syrup over bacon; continue cooking until heated through (30 seconds).

   Remove bacon from pan; place onto serving plate.

   Pour maple butter from pan over bacon.

   Cover with aluminum foil to keep warm.

   Repeat with remaining butter, bacon and syrup.

   Serve warm.
