Manicotti(Batter)

   Beat eggs, add flour salt and water until very smooth.

   Grease a 6-inch frying pan and add 2 tablespoons batter.

   Move pan until batter covers bottom; pick-up edge with fork when it starts to dry ( a few seconds).

   Flip over to other side a few seconds.

   Take out and continue using up batter.
