In a large bowl add sieved flour,salt and baking powder ,make a well in the centre.

Beat eggs sugar(optional) and milk together.

Add gradually until all lumps are gone and the battery resembles thick cream.

To cook heat frying pan and carefully add 1-2 tablespoons of oil depending on Ur pan size ,once hot add one ladle of batter and quickly move it around the whole pan ,allow to cook until the pancake can move freely and has a golden colour.

Turn over and finish cooking about 30 seconds should do it ,remove and continue until batter is gone ,serve with Ur favourite fillings
