Ingredients: 5 large chicken breasts cubed; 2 large onion, chopped; 2 clove garlic chopped; 1 tsp red pepper flake; 1 tsp dried basil; 1 tsp dried oregano; 1 tsp smoked paprika; 1 salt n pepper to taste; 750 grams italian passata sauce( same as tomato sauce with italian herbs ); 1/2 cup favourite cheese; 750 grams pasta ,penne and fussili

5 large chicken breasts cubed
2 large onion, chopped
2 clove garlic chopped
1 tsp red pepper flake
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 salt n pepper to taste
750 grams italian passata sauce( same as tomato sauce with italian herbs )
1/2 cup favourite cheese
750 grams pasta ,penne and fussili

Cook pasta as per instructions until slightly al dente

In a large saute pan add chopped chicken onions and all herbs ,salt n pepper ,for five minutes then add passata and cook for another 10 minutes

When pasta is cooked drain and return to pot then add cooked chicken and sauce and blend together well

Put mixture into an oven proof dish and top with cheese,put in the oven at 350F and cook until the cheese melts around 10-15 minutes .

Remove from oven allow to sit out for 5 minutes before serving .
