1 ½ cups white wine
1 lb ground beef
1 lb ground pork
14 red onion, diced
1 tablespoon crushed garlic (4 cloves)
2 tablespoons olive oil or 2 tablespoons corn oil
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 cup orange marmalade
1 pinch salt
1 dash pepper
