4. Add extracts, flour,baking powder, and salt a little at a time until mixed complrtely

5. Stir in nuts (If you love pecans, as I do you can add a little extra but it is good as is)

6. Spread mixture on a greased 11x15 jelly roll pan

7. At this time I always sprinkle exra cinnamon and sugar over the top like my grandmother did. She didn't put this step in her recipe.

8. Bake 30 min at 350 degrees

9.Remove from oven and cut into squares, diamonds, etc. Whatever you like. My grandmother cut hers in 1 inch by 3 inch rectangles.

10.Return to oven for about 10 minutes with the oven turned off.
