   In a large roasting pan or large pirex mix chicken, chopped potatoes, chopped onion, chopped peppers. Add the remaing ingredients and mix together. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.

   * the olive oil, rosemary, parsley, garlic, salt and pepper can be blended in a blender or chopped before adding to the chicken potatoes and peppers
