Cut the Cottage cheese in cubes.

Take a heavy bottom pan.. Heat oil..

Temper the bay leaf.

Add garlic paste.. Saute for two minutes, Now add onion paste.. Cook for two minutes.. Now add ginger paste., tomato puree.. Cook for five-minute.. Stir continuously..

Now add all dry spices except garam masala.

Stir continuously.

Now spices start to release oil.. Now pour milk gradually.

Mix well.. Add cheese cubes.

Let it boil.. Don't make much thick or runny gravy.

Take out.

Sprinkle garam masala.. Then pour the cream n garnish with cilantro.. Cover the lid.

After five minutes open the lid..
