Make Ahead Mashed Potato Casserole

   Heat oven to 350u00b0. After cooking potatoes, mash them well. Add the cream cheese, sour cream, butter, salt and pepper. Whip or beat with electric mixer. (If too thick, add a little milk so they are fluffy.) Grease with margarine a 9 x 13-inch casserole. Add potatoes. Dot with bits of butter. Sprinkle with Lawry's seasoned salt. At this point, it can be baked for 25 minutes or if doing ahead, cover, refrigerate and bake the following day. Serves 10 to 12.
