Major's guilty chicken

   flatten boneless/skinless chicken breasts

   on tin foil, lay several strips of bacon out

   place chicken breasts on bacon

   seperate sausage into 6 equal amounts

   place 1/6 of sausage on chicken

   roll chicken and bacon around sausage

   wrap with tin foil twisting ends tight

   repeat with remaining ingredients

   par boil tin foil packs for 20 minutes

    remove from water and tin foil

    place in refrigerator to set for 30 minutes to 1 hour

    in large fry pan finish cooking and crisp outter bacon layer

    let rest for 5 minutes

    slice into 3/4 inch medallions, cut on angle for prettier presentation

    serve with long grain or wild rice
