Maitake & Spinach In Dashi Broth

   Prepare spinach just boil briefly in water and immediately soak with cold water.

   Drain well and cut into 3-4 cm lengths.

   Prepare maitake separating into bite-size.

   Add dashi, miring and soy sauce to a saucepan.

   Bring to the boil, then add mattock simmered 1-2 min.

   Remove the heat and spinach.

   Mixed by chopsticks lightly.

   Put the top on the pan.

   Wail about half an hour.

    Dish out.
