Magic Peanut Butter Middles Cookie Dough Recipe

   In small bowl combine flour, cocoa and baking soda.

   Blend well.

   In large bowl, beat sugars, butter and 1/4 c. peanut butter till light and fluffy.

   Add in vanilla and egg; beat well.

   Stir in flour mix till blended, set aside.

   Roll into 50 balls.

   In a small bowl, combine filling ingredients, blend well.

   Roll into 50 balls.

   Shape dough balls around the peanut butter balls till they are completely covered.

    Place on ungreased cookie sheet.

    Flatten with bottom of glass dipped in sugar.

    Bake at 375 degrees for 7 to 9 min or possibly till set and slightly cracked.

    Cold on wire racks.
