Ingredients: 2 Banana (preferably ripened and organic); 90 grams Wheat flour; 50 grams *Whole wheat flour; 2 tbsp *Beet sugar; 1 pinch *Salt; 1 and 1/2 teaspoon * Baking powder (aluminium-free); 3 tbsp *Cocoa powder; 50 grams Canola oil; 1 bunch Oatmeal (optional); 100 ml Unflavored soy milk

2 Banana (preferably ripened and organic)
90 grams Wheat flour
50 grams *Whole wheat flour
2 tbsp *Beet sugar
1 pinch *Salt
1 and 1/2 teaspoon * Baking powder (aluminium-free)
3 tbsp *Cocoa powder
50 grams Canola oil
1 bunch Oatmeal (optional)
100 ml Unflavored soy milk

Preheat the oven to 180C.

Mash 200 g of the banana and slice the remaining banana into 12 rounds.

Combine the ingredients marked with * in a food processor together with the canola oil and blend until it becomes crumbly.

If you're not in a hurry, feel free to sift the ingredients in.

Transfer the mixture from Step 2 into a bowl and mix in the oatmeal.

Finally add the soy milk and mashed banana and mix gently.

Line the muffin tins with glassine paper cases and pour in the mixture.

Top with the banana slices and bake for 30 minutes.
