   Do not trim brisket; wrap in foil and cook in oven at 350u00b0 until well done enough to fall apart.

   Then trim brisket and shred with two forks.

   Pour salsa over meat and let it soak in.

   Heat before serving.

   Fold in flour tortillas and top with sour cream and avocado pieces.
