1 pound Elbow Macaroni
1/4 cups Unsalted Butter
1/4 cups All-purpose Flour
4 Tablespoons Minced Onion
2 pinches Salt
1 pinch Pepper
2- 1/2 cups Milk
1 package Beef Franks, About 8, Sliced
2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 cup Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese

Drain pasta and transfer to casserole dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Add butter to the pot and reduce heat to low/medium.

Allow flour and butter mixture to bubble for 1 minute.
