Mac's Turkey Spaghetti Sauce With Mushrooms Recipe

   Heat extra virgin olive oil over low - medium heat till hot - warm.

   Add in garlic and saute/fry till begins to turn brown, 2 to 3 min.

   Add in grnd turkey and cook over medium heat till thoroughly cooked (5 - 10 min) stirring often to break up meat.

   Add in mushrooms, cover and cook over low heat (5 - 10 min) till wilted.

   Add in spaghetti sauce and simmer 1 to 2 hrs, stirring frequently to avoid sticking.

   Keep covered.

   Serve over spaghetti with salad and garlic bread (French bread with lite butter and garlic pwdr).

   Sprinkle liberally with grated Parmesan and - or possibly Romano.

   Any leftovers freeze well.
