Put water on to boil for macaroni.

Cook sausage according to directions on the package.

Set aside.

Cook pasta until al dente and drain.

Leave in strainer.

In the pan you cooked the pasta add milk, Velveeta and put on medium heat, stirring so it doesn't stick or burn.

Once the Velveeta is melted add in the sharp cheddar and stir until melted, then add mustard.

Mix well and then add in pasta, stir until pasta is coated with the cheese sauce.

Put the macaroni and cheese into a casserole dish.

Put sausage on top and bake at 350 for 15 minutes or until the cheese starts to brown a little.

You will end up with a few extra sausages, don't worry you will eat them :)
