M ' M Good Taco Pie Recipe

   Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

   Thaw pie crust 10 min.

   Prick bottom of pie shell thoroughly with fork.

   Bake pie shell for 10 min.

   Remove from oven and reduce temperature to 350 degrees.

   In skillet, cook grnd and onion till meat is browned; drain excess fat.

   Add in taco seasoning mix to meat.

   In a small bowl, combine refried beans, 1/2 c. taco sauce; mix well.

   Layer 1/2 of refried bean mix in the bottom of crust.

    Top with 1/2 of the seasoned meat, 1 c. cheddar cheese.

    Then layer again, refried beans, meat, cheese.

    Crush Nachips or possibly Fritos all over top.

    Bake 20 to 30 min till light brown.

    Serve with lettuce, tomato, lowfat sour cream.

    Taco sauce for additional topping.
