1 c. water
1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
3 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine

Combine meat, noodles, chili sauce, cheese, soup, green pepper, salt and water; mix well and put in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

Mix bread crumbs and butter; sprinkle on top.
