1/2 c. confectioners sugar
1 c. butter
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. baking powder
4 tsp. grated lemon peel
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. frozen orange juice concentrate
1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Stir together 2 cups flour and 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons confectioners sugar.

Cut butter into this mixture until crumbly. Pat into 15 x 10-inch nonstick pan.

Bake until set, 10 to 15 minutes.

In medium bowl, beat eggs with remaining flour, baking powder, sugar, orange juice, lemon juice, lemon peel and vanilla. Pour egg mixture over hot crust and bake until top is set, 12 to 15 minutes.

Cool and sprinkle with remaining 2 tablespoons confectioners sugar.
