1 cup cocoa
3 cup sugar
2 tbsp vanilla sugar
3 tsp baking powder
2 1/4 cup flour
3/4 cup water
1 pinch of salt
2 stick margarine
3 tsp cocoa
1 egg
1/2 cup confectioners sugar

2 tsp coffee (dissolved in a drop of water)
1 Nut Crunch or Cookie Crumbs etc.

Cake: Mix all ingredients together and bake on a greased cookie sheet on 350 for 45 minutes.

Chocolate Cream: Cream all ingredients together.

Decorate: Once the cake has cooled, using round cookie cutters cut out approximately 18 circles.

Roll the sides in the chocolate cream and then in the crunch or cookie crumbs... Place a dollop of cherry pie filling on the top.
