Preheat oven. Peal the orange and keep all the zest. Squeeze the entire orange after that in a cup. You will only use 2 tbsps but you can drink the rest - is healthy! Then take the zest and cut in small pieces, the smaller the better. Keep them on the side.

In a big bowl put the flour, the salt, the baking soda, powder, cocoa and cinnamon (add the crushed walnuts if you chose to use them). Mix them together for about 1 min, then add the orange zest and mix for one more minute.

In another bowl, put the vanilla powder, the brown sugar, the sweetener and the bananas and batter them until the bananas have become one with the sugar, use an electric blender if you have one and make them all creamy. Then add the egg and the tsbps of orange juice and batter again for a few seconds.

Add the sugar mix in the big bowl from step 2 and batter them all together until you have a nice thick mix and there are no signs of flour. Then put it in the freezer for about 15 mins.

Once you take it the mix out of the freezer, use a tablespoon and start putting one by one in a non-stick baking sheet, you can make them nice and round with your fingers (it will be easy as it was in the freezer). Then place them in the oven for 13 minutes, and when you take them out, let them cool down for 5 mins. They are ready - enjoy!
