1
Preheat oven, not in a high temperature as you need low and slow baking due to the honey and the orange juice.
2
Put the oats in a baking tray and make sure they fully cover the tray. Crush the walnuts and sprinkle them across the oats. Do the same with half of the zest from the orange. Mix them with a spoon a little bit.
3
In a bowl or an electric mixer, put the bananas, the cinnamon, the honey and the other half of the zest and mix them until smooth (about 30-45 secs).
4
Pour down the mix from step 3 into the tray and mix it until all the oats have some of the mix on them, and you do not see any of the oats uncovered or just loose on the tray. It must become a nice soft mixture all together.
5
Distribute the mixture evenly on the tray and bake for 30 mins. After that leave it for 5 minutes to cool down, cut them in fair large pieces (around 25) and enjoy.
