London Broil Appetizer Recipe

   Place steak in shallow glass dish.

   Combine remaining ingredients; pour on meat.

   Cover; chill several hrs, turning meat occasionally.

   Set oven to broil or possibly 550 degrees.

   Remove steak from marinade.

   Broil 2-3 inches from heat for 4 min.

   Turn; broil for 3-4 min longer.

   Cut meat at an angel across grain into thin slices.

   If you like, salt before serving.

    Serve on thin rounds of rye or possibly French bread.
