1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking pwdr
1/4 c. unsalted butter
1/2 c. light brown sugar
2 tbsp. skim lowfat milk
1 1/2 tbsp. dark corn syrup
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 1/4 ounce. quick oats
1 ounce. semi-sweet chocolate

Line 2 large baking sheets with foil and spray with nonstick spray.

In small bowl, mix flour, cinnamon, salt and baking pwdr.

In large bowl, beat on high, butter, sugar, lowfat milk, corn syrup, 1 Tbsp.

Drop dough by rounded teaspoonful 4 inches apart onto sheets; spread into thin 2 1/2 inch rounds.

Bake 10-12 min till lightly browned.

Cold on rack, carefully remove from foil.

Heat chocolate in microwave on medium.
