Liver & Onion & Mushroom Gravy Recipe

   Fry liver (dip in flour) till almost done just to brown flour; remove from pan.

   Salt and pepper as desired.

   Place in crock pot; add in onion, sliced.

   Add in soup and 2 cans of lowfat milk.

   Cook in crock pot on high 1/2 hour; turn down to low.

   Cook for 2 hrs.

   Good with mashed potatoes and green beans and rolls.
