Little Smokies In A Blanket

   Set oven to 350u00b0.

   Cover broiler type pan (can be cookie sheet with rack inserts) with aluminum foil.

   Make several holes for grease to drain.

   Wrap Little Smokies each with one strip of bacon. Secure each with a toothpick and place on the pan.

   Now cover completely with brown sugar and place pan in oven.

   Bake a half hour, then transfer to another pan to continue baking.

   Do this by lifting foil.

   Bake until brown sugar is caramelized.

   Baking time is about an hour.

    (Found pan transfer necessary because of amount of grease; you may use your own ideas.)
