Little Piggy Appetizer

   Preheat oven to 250 degrees.

   Place about 1 teaspoon of the cheese on each cracker and wrap the bacon around it.

   Stack a broiler rack on top of a cookie sheet to catch the juices from the bacon.

   Place the wrapped bacon on the broiler rack seam down.

   Bake for 2 hours.
