1 8-oz can tomato sauce
2 tsp. sugar

8 oz. uncooked whole wheat linguine
1 16-oz container non- or low-fat sour cream
1 8-oz pkg. light cream cheese
1 bunch green onions
1 1/2 C. shredded mozzarella cheese

Cook beef & garlic in a dutch oven coated with cooking spray, stirring till beef crumbles & is no longer pink.
