1/2 cups Chopped Red Peppers

1/2 cups Dry White Wine
2 Tablespoons Butter
1/2 pounds Whole Wheat Linguine
1/4 cups Parmesan Cheese, Plus More For Garnish
2 slices Bacon, Fried And Crumbled
