Linguine Pasta Salad

   Prepare pasta.

   While pasta is cooking, prepare the sauce. Combine soy sauce and lemon juice and whisk or blend in a blender. Combine the vegetables in a bowl.

   Add soy sauce and lemon juice mixture and mix (gently).

   Pour sauce/vegetable mixture over linguini.

   Mix and serve.
