Linguine in Mushroom Sauce

   Cook 1 pkg.

   (500g) Primo Linguine according to package directions.

   Drain.

   Cook 4 cups sliced mushrooms and 1/2 cup finely chopped green onions in 2 Tbsp.

   butter in a large frypan over medium heat, for 10 minutes or until mushrooms start to soften.

   Reduce heat to medium-low.

   Add 1 Tbsp.

   flour, stirring constantly.

    Add 1 cup water and cook 5 minutes or until sauce has thickened slightly.

    Stir in 1 cup 18% cream, cook 5 minutes or until sauce has thickened slightly.

    Add 1/4 cup fresh chopped parsley and toss with cooked pasta.
