Lime-Garlic Chicken

   Combine first four ingredients in 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Add chicken and turn to coat.

   Rub lime mixture under chicken skin.

   Cover and refrigerate chicken 1 hour, turning occasionally. Prepare barbecue over medium-high

   heat, season chicken generously with salt and pepper.

   Grill until chicken is cooked through, turning occasionally, about 12 minutes.

   Transfer to platter; garnish with additional cilantro.
