Lime Cream Sauce

   Mix together the sour cream and Greek yogurt.

   Wash the limes thoroughly.

   Zest both limes into the cream mixture and stir.

   Add lime juice a squeeze at a time until you like the taste.

   Some limes are more tart than others.
