1 cup sugar

1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1/2 teaspoon vanilla (I like to use 1 teaspoon)
1/4 - 1/2 fresh blueberries
Topping: (I double this since I love crumble topping)

2 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt with a whisk to remove any lumps and blend.

In a separate bowl, beat egg, vanilla and sour cream - add to flour mixture and beat until smooth.
