   ["Preheat the oven to 375 F. Grease a 9x13"" pan or two 8"" cake pans.", "Combine flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl. Set aside.", "Warm the milk and butter in the microwave (for 30 seconds at a time, stirring in between each increment, just until butter is melted and milk is very warm) or a saucepan on the stove over medium-low heat until the butter melts and the mixture is very warm. Beat in sugar a little at a time until combined.", "Stir the flour mixture into the egg mixture gradually. Pour the milk/butter mixture into the batter and beat 1 minute or until smooth.", "Pour into your prepared pan, leaving an eighth of the batter in the bowl. Mix cinnamon the batter that remains in the bowl - add it to taste (start with 2 teaspoons and add a teaspoon at a time to your taste). Then drizzle the cinnamon batter over the batter that's already in the pan.
