1 lb ground chicken
1 medium white onion, thinly sliced
2 cups broccoli, chopped
1 cup light sour cream
4 green onions, thinly sliced

½ cup parmesan cheese

Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil, add pasta, boil, stirring often, for about 4 minutes.
