1 Tbsp. ketchup
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. buttermilk
2 c. cooked noodles

Slice steak across grain into thick strips about 1/8-inch wide and 3-inches long.

Wash and slice mushrooms; cook beef strips, mushrooms and onion in nonstick frying pan until beef is lightly browned.
