8 oz. medium egg noodles
1 clove garlic, minced
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 Tbsp. margarine
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green bell pepper
3 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 Tbsp. sugar
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 c. sour cream
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. cottage cheese
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Cook noodles according to package directions.

Brown ground beef, garlic, onion and green pepper in the margarine.

In separate bowl, blend cream cheese, sour cream and cottage cheese.

In greased 9 x 13-inch casserole, layer half the cooked noodles, then cheese mixture and last, the rest of the noodles.
