¼ cup oil
2 medium onions, sliced (1/4 inch)
½ cup chopped celery
1 cup ketchup
1 cup water
¼ cup vinegar (or lemon juice)
2 -3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons yellow mustard

Brown chicken slowly in skillet in 1/4 cup of salad oil.

Remove chicken.

In skillet, cook onions and celery until tender.

Season with salt and pepper to taste and simmer for 10 minutes (sometimes I skip the simmering).

Place chicken in 9x11 baking dish.
